First we suggest that you complete the Ikigai self-awareness program that we offer. Then, choose one of our career counseling session packages to receive valuable advice that will help you make important decisions and achieve the goals you have set.
If you have recently finished your studies, your personal advisor will help you explore your career paths and acquire the necessary skills required by the job market to become a competitive candidate for the position you want.
Through our sessions with your personal career counsellor we will help you reintegrate into the labour market by providing guidance on how to develop skills, strengthen your professional identity and claim the job you want.

How do we conduct career counselling sessions?
See in detail the procedure we follow.
You fill in the interest form by selecting the career consulting package you wish and immediately a LeadCompass representative will contact you to inform you about the program and the relevant cost.
Once you have paid for the program, you work with your personal career advisor to determine the available date and time for each session. If you have a busy schedule don't worry because you have the option to schedule each session gradually as well.
Each session lasts 60-90 minutes and is conducted in the form of an online video call using zoom. In case you wish to use a different video calling application, we also offer Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, Hangouts and Messenger.
In addition to the sessions, you are given the opportunity to communicate with your personal advisor by mail and resolve any questions that may arise, concerns you would like to discuss in future meetings or urgent issues.

Of course. You can request the number of sessions you need independent of the package we offer. However, if you choose one of our packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold) you will benefit from an additional discount from 10% to 30%.
Payment for the service must be made before the date of the meetings is set. There is the possibility of interest-free donations which you can find out about after you have declared an interest.
