How do we conduct career counselling sessions?
See in detail the procedure we follow.
You fill in the interest form and choose how many career counselling sessions you want and a LeadCompass representative will contact you immediately to inform you about the process and the value of our services.
Once you have made the payment, you work with your personal career advisor to determine the available date and time for each session. In case you have a busy schedule, don't worry. You have the option to schedule and stagger each session individually.
Each session lasts 60-90 minutes and is conducted in the form of an online video call using zoom. In case you wish to use a different video calling application, we also offer Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, Hangouts and Messenger.
In addition to the sessions, you are given the opportunity to communicate with your personal advisor by mail and resolve any questions that may arise, concerns you would like to discuss in future meetings or urgent issues.
