STRAND 2: SIMULATION
Test in real interview conditions
We set an interview scenario, run a real-life simulation and provide you with targeted feedback with success tips. The program includes:
We create a hypothetical interview scenario in Greek/English for a specific position, e.g. Interview for the position of Sales Manager at ABG. The scenario is defined according to your industry and the potential employers you are interested in.
In order to conduct a simulated interview, it is necessary to have first attended our "Preparing for an interview" training. We give you a period of time to prepare yourself according to the methods proposed in the "Interview Preparation" service
We will run a real simulation with you taking the role of the interviewer and you taking the role of the interviewee. We'll ask you the most common and challenging questions that you might encounter in an interview.
We'll provide you with targeted feedback and useful tips to help you improve your performance in the interview process, so you can steal the show when you're in a real interview.
You will receive a video simulation of the interview so that you can study your performance in the time you want, identify your weak points and improve yourself.

After the simulation and training, we send you the video clip of your interview so that you can see the expressions during the simulation and listen to the answers you gave in order to identify possible weaknesses and, together with our advice, to improve.

How do we prepare you for an interview?
See in detail the process we follow to prepare you for the most demanding interview.
Once you have made the payment for the programme, you determine in cooperation with your personal career advisor the available date and time to conduct the training.
The training is one-on-one and takes the form of an online video call using zoom. In case you wish to use a different video calling application we also have Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, Hangouts and Messenger available.
You conduct the 120-150 minute training with your personal advisor at the date and time you have set.
In the call we put more emphasis on the types of questions and the most frequently asked questions. Any questions you have can be asked during the call or afterwards via email. The content of the training is tailored to your industry and the country you are targeting.
✱ There is the possibility of group training if you are more people. Depending on the number of people participating a preferential price is set.
Additional service if you wish a comprehensive interview preparation. The total duration of the video call will be 90-120 minutes. The first 60-90 minutes will be spent in the scenario set up where the consultant will be the interviewer and you will be the interviewee. In the remaining time we discuss improvements:
- Feedback: communication with NLP techniques for public speaking
- Detailed evaluation also in terms of vocabulary, timing, etc.
At the end of the training you will receive a template thank you email to use after your interviews and useful preparation files. In addition, you will be given the opportunity to contact your personal advisor to resolve any questions that may arise.
